If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund.

All components of our products are considered food grade.

For our bamboo products, all components are food grade. Varnish used to protect the wood from mildew is also food grade and we provide certification to support this claim.

All our silicone products are considered food grade and BPA free.

Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days within the United States depending on the location.

Processing time for orders is 2 to 4 days including weekends.

We offer gift wrapping and packaging. If subscribed as a member, we can incorporate gift wrapping if specified in the notes section.
